电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定煤矸石中铀元素的条件优化

Optimization of Conditions of Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer for Determination of Uranium Elements in Coal Gangue

  • 摘要: 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定煤矸石中的铀含量.试验对比研究了试样的3种前处理方法,并对仪器条件进行了优化,建立了相应的电感耦合等离子体质谱仪的测定方法.方法的检出限为0.05 μg/g,相对标准偏差小于4%,加标回收率在97%~103%之间.

     

    Abstract: A method for the determination of uranium content in coal gangue by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was developed. Three sample pretreatment methods were studied and discussed. The instrument conditions were also optimized. The detection limit was 0.05 μg/g, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 4%, and the recovery was between 97% and 103%.
