Determination of SiO2、CaO、MgO、Al2O3、Fe2O3 in Diopside by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry with Lithium Metaborate Fusion Sample Pretreatment

  • 摘要: 采用偏硼酸锂熔样,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)内标法同时测定透辉石中的SiO2、CaO、MgO、Al2O3、Fe2O3.选择合适的分析谱线,采用基体匹配和背景校正等方式有效消除了测定的干扰.试验结果表明,方法各组分的相关系数良好(r≥0.999 5),检出限分别为0.061%(SiO2)、0.039%(CaO)、0.024%(MgO)、0.011%(Al2O3)、0.009%(Fe2O3),精密度高(RSD < 5%),回收率为99.0%~101.8%.所建方法应用于透辉石实际样品的测定,结果与外检实验室化学分析方法的测定结果基本一致.

     

    Abstract: Lithium metaborate fusion pretreatment and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) with internal standard method were used for the determination of SiO2、CaO、MgO、Al2O3、Fe2O3 in diopside. The best analytical lines of the elements were determined. The interferences were eliminated by using matched matrix and background correction. The experimental results showed a good linear relationship with the linear correlation coefficient(r ≥ 0.999 5), the detection limits of the elements were 0.061%(SiO2), 0.039%(CaO), 0.024%(MgO), 0.011%(Al2O3), 0.009%(Fe2O3), the precision of RSD were less than 5%, the recovery rates were in the range of 99.0%~101.8%. The proposed method was applied for the determination of real samples of diopside, and the results were basically consistent with those obtained by chemical analysis methods in other laboratories.
