核磁共振在中控分析中的应用

Application of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Technique in Central Control Analysis

  • 摘要: 介绍了HontyeIRAS系统的两种分析模式,并通过九江石化的实际应用案列介绍这两种模式的具体应用效果和优势特点,如何实现对原料油的智能快速分析,并通过中央数据库与labrotory information management system(LIMS)、manufacturing execution system(MES)等系统实现数据共享,同时为advanced process control(APC)、real time optimization(RTO)、process industry modeling system(PIMS)&refinery and petrochemical modeling system(RPMS)实现了计划优化、Orion&PS调度优化和pro-SIM装置优化,从而深化了核磁共振在中控分析中的应用.

     

    Abstract: Two analytical modes of HontyeIRAS System, and the specific application effect and advantages of these two modes are introduced through the practical application case of jiujiang Sinopec to achieve intelligent and rapid analysis of raw oil. Through the central database and labrotory information management system(LIMS), manufacturing execution system(MES) and other systems to realize data sharing. Meanwhile, advanced process control(APC), real time optimization(RTO), process industry modeling system(PIMS) & refinery and petrochemical modeling system(RPMS) planning Optimization, Orion & PS scheduling Optimization and pro-sim device Optimization are also proposed to deepen the application of nuclear magnetic resonance technique in the central-control analysis.
