Management, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatograph Tandem Quadrupole Time of Flight Mass Spectrometer

  • 摘要: 超高压液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间串联质谱仪是分离鉴定复杂有机物组分的重要工具,如何使仪器保持良好的运行状态,同时延长其使用寿命、节约耗材、降低运行成本是至关重要的.对仪器的日常管理、维护与常见故障处理进行了总结介绍.

     

    Abstract: Ultra-high performance liquid chromatograph tandem quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometer (UHPLC-Q-TOF MS) is an important tool for the separation and identification of complex organic compounds. How to keep the instrument in good working condition and prolong its service life, save material and reduce operation cost is very important. The daily management, maintenance and common troubleshooting of the instrument are summarized and introduced.
