Study on Measurement Method of Permanent Deformation of Sealing Ring after Low Temperature Compression

  • 摘要: 设计制作了一整套带光学系统的低温压缩永久变形测量系统,应用于密封圈低温环境下的高度测量,实现密封圈低温压缩永久变形测量过程自动化,与国家标准中规定的手动式橡胶试样测量方法相比较,提高测量效率和实用价值.

     

    Abstract: Through the design and set up of a measurement system with an optical system structure for the permanent deformation after low temperature compression and the application to the measurement of height under the condition of the sealing ring in a low temperature environment, the automation of measurement process of the permanent deformation of sealing ring after low temperature compression was realized. Compared with the manual rubber sampling measurement method specified in the national standard, this new system improves the measurement efficiency and practical value.
