Abstract: Young teachers are the main force for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities. It is important to improve their ability to use expensive and precision instruments. In laboratories of colleges and universities, because of the numerous instruments and insufficient full-time laboratory technician, the instruments run into problems such as lack of guidance and management, low utilization. In order to cultivate young teachers' scientific research level in using the expensive and precision instruments, "the claim system of expensive precise instrument" is established. The practice of this system serves to arouse the enthusiasm of young teachers to develop the application of instruments, to raise the level of teaching and research abilities of the young teachers, and improve the utilization rate of the expensive and precise instruments.
