烟用水基胶中2, 2, 4-三甲基-1, 3-戊二醇二异丁酸酯增塑剂含量的测定

Determination of Content of 2, 2, 4-Trimethyl-1, 3-Pentanediol Diisobutyrate Plasticizer in Water-Borne Adhesives for Cigarette

摘要: 通过正己烷振荡提取烟用水基胶中的2，2，4-三甲基-1，3-戊二醇二异丁酸酯（TXIB），采用气相色谱-质谱/选择离子监测法分析烟用水基胶中的TXIB，内标法定量.结果表明：方法的线性相关系数为0.999 7，检出限为0.75 μg/mL，RSD为1.78%，回收率在95.3%~103.1%之间，说明方法的线性良好、检出限低、重复性好、准确性高，适于烟用水基胶中TXIB的测定.

Abstract: 2, 2, 4-Trimethyl-1, 3-pentanediol diisobutyrate (TXIB) was extracted from the water-borne adhesives for cigarette by n-hexane with oscillation, and analyzed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry under a selected ion monitoring mode, and quantitatively analyzed using an internal standard method. The results showed that the calibration curves of TXIB exhibited good linear relations(R²>0.999) with the limit of detection of 0.75 μg/mL. The recoveries ranged from 95.3% to 103.1%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the method was below 2%. This method is suitable for the analysis of TXIB in water-based emulsion adhesives for cigarette.
