Refill Method for Analytical Column in L-8900 Auto Amino Acid Analyzer

  • 摘要: 2008年引进的L-8900高速全自动氨基酸分析仪由于使用过久、维护不当,导致泵1压强过高不能正常运行.通过更换线性过滤器,逆洗分析柱,仍没有解决问题,最后重填分析柱使仪器恢复正常.重填分析柱操作较复杂、容易出错,会造成树脂损失,因此,在重填过程中详细记录拆卸、清洗树脂、安装分析柱的完整过程,为今后工作和同行积累经验.

     

    Abstract: The L-8900 high-speed auto amino acid analyzer was bought in 2008, the long term use and without proper maintenance resulted in the overpressure problem of pump 1 so that the analyzer cannot run normally. The replacement of the linear filter and back wash of analytical column did not work. Finally, the refill of the analytical column, solved the problem. The whole operation is rather complex. Any mistake may cause the loss of resin. We documented every step including the disassembly of the equipment, the clean of the resin and the reinstallation of the analytical column. Experience in this period may benefit for the future work.
