Maintenance and Common Malfunctions of Bruker 400 MHz Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer

  • 摘要: 核磁共振(nuclear magnetic resonance,NMR)法可以鉴定化合物的结构和组分,并在反应过程监控等方面提供强有力的支撑,得到了广泛应用.结合核磁共振波谱仪的实际使用情况,对波谱仪的日常维护、常见故障以及排查方法进行探讨,为更好地使用和维护仪器提供一种思路.

     

    Abstract: Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometry is widely used to identify the structure and components of compounds, and provide a strong support for the monitoring of reaction process. In combination with the practical usage of NMR spectrometer, daily maintenance, common malfunctions and troubleshooting were summarized and discussed, providing a strategy for the better use and maintenance of the instrument.
