全谱交直流电弧发射光谱仪测定多金属矿中微量锡

Determination of Trace Tin in Polymetallic Ore on Full Spectrum AC/DC Arc Emission Spectrometer

  • 摘要: 建立了全谱交直流电弧发射光谱仪直接测定多金属矿中锡的方法. 以Ge为内标,K2S2O7、Al2O3、KI、C粉为缓冲剂,缓冲剂与样品1∶1混合进行测定. 方法检出限为0.16 μg/g,精密度为4.43%~7.38%,加标回收率为91.4%~109.0%. 使用方法测定国家一级标准物质,测定结果与标准值相符. 方法简单、快捷,分析测试范围宽,能够满足多金属矿样品的分析要求.

     

    Abstract: A method for the direct determination of trace tin in polymetallic ore on a full spectrum AC/DC arc emission spectrometer was set up. Ge was used as the internal standard, K2S2O7, Al2O3, KI, C powder were used as the buffer, and the buffer were mixed with the sample at a ratio of 1∶1 for the determination. The detection limit of this method was 0.16 μg/g, the precision was 4.43%~7.38%, and the recovery was 91.4%~109.0%.The method was used to determine the national first-level standard materials, and the result was in good agreement with the standard value. The method is simple, rapid, is suitable for a wide range of analysis and testing, and can meet the requirements of the analysis of polymetallic ore samples.
