Exploration on Fast Initiation Training Method of University Public Platform Owned Transmission Electron Microscope

  • 摘要: 透射电子显微镜是表征和研究物质结构必不可少的一项仪器技术. 作为大型精密分析设备, 其操作技术的复杂性一定程度上限制了使用效率和用户覆盖度. 为提高透射电镜开放共享率, 摸索了一种简便有效的快速入门培训方式. 实际运行效果显示, 培训及操作方式能很好地满足用户的实际使用需求, 充分发挥了电镜的测试功能, 有效提高了开放共享度和使用率.

     

    Abstract: Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) is an essential technique for studying the microstructural characteristics. However, as a large precision analysis instrument, the complexity of operation method limits its use efficiency. In order to enhance the sharing utility of TEM, a facile training method has been explored. This facile training and operation way is valuable as it can meet the user's practical characterization requirement, enable high efficient usage and enhance the open sharing utilization ratio.
