Discussion on Maintenance and Common Malfunctions of RFDA-HTVP-1750C High Temperature Dynamic Elastic Modulus and Damping Analyzer

  • 摘要: 介绍了高温动态弹性模量与阻尼分析仪(RFDA-HTVP-1750C)的工作原理,分享了试验前、中、后的设备维护经验,结合实际工作讨论了分析仪使用过程中常见故障并给出了具体解决方案,最后讨论了轴承钢、钛合金、陶瓷、涂层等材料的高温动态弹性模量测试相关问题. 掌握仪器维护和故障处理技巧,避开碳、氮合金化反应温度,可提高仪器使用寿命,充分发挥仪器的实验教学和分析测试功能.

     

    Abstract: The working principle of RFDA-HTVP-1750C high-temperature dynamic elastic modulus and damping analyzer was introduced, and the experience of equipment maintenance before, during and after the experiment was shared. Combined with the actual work, the common faults in the use of the analyzer were discussed and specific solutions were given. The related problems of high temperature dynamic elastic modulus testing of materials such as bearing steel, titanium alloy, ceramics, coatings and et al. were discussed. To master the maintenance and fault handling skills of the instrument, can avoid the reaction temperature of carbon and nitrogen alloying, prolong the service life of the instrument, and give full play to the experimental teaching and analysis and testing functions of the instrument.
