二维核磁共振技术解析盐酸帕罗西汀

Analysis of Paroxetine Hydrochloride Using 2D-Nuclear Magnetic Resonance

  • 摘要: 报道了盐酸帕罗西汀的分子结构解析方法,利用国产核磁共振波谱仪测试了盐酸帕罗西汀核磁氢谱(1H-NMR)、核磁碳谱(13C-NMR、DEPT 135°)、二维核磁相关谱(1H-1HCOSY、13C-1H HSQC、13C-1H HMBC),实现了盐酸帕罗西汀氢碳的全部归属.

     

    Abstract: The molecular structure analysis method of paroxetine hydrochloride was reported. The nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectrum (1H-NMR), nuclear magnetic carbon spectrum (13C-NMR, DEPT 135°) and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic correlation spectrum (1H-1HCOSY, 13C-1H HSQC, 13C-1H HMBC) of paroxetine hydrochloride were measured on the domestic scientific instrument nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, and all the hydrogen and carbon of paroxetine hydrochloride were attributed.
