固体进样-石墨炉原子吸收法测定农产品中重金属元素含量

Determination of Heavy Metals in Agricultural Products by Solid Injection Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 采用直接固体进样-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(SS-GFAAS)测定农产品中镉、铅、铜和铬重金属元素含量.通过标准物质、质控样品和电感耦合等离子体质谱法比对试验验证, 各元素方法检出限均低于25 pg.方法操作简单、对环境友好、重复性好、结果准确、检出限低, 满足农产品检测要求.

     

    Abstract: The contents of cadmium, lead, copper and chromium in agricultural products were determined by the direct solid injection graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (SS-GFAAS). Through the comparison and verification of reference materials, quality control samples and by using the microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, the relative standard deviation RSD of less than 10%, and the detection limits of each element method of less than 25 pg were obtained. The method has the advantages of simple operation, environment friendly, good repeatability, accurate result and low detection limit, which can meet the detection requirements of agricultural products.
