X—射线荧光分析散射幂函数法原理的提出和应用──Ⅰ.RhKα相干散射平方法

Principle and Application of Scattering Power Function Method in X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis Ⅰ. Square Power Method of RhKα Coherent Scattering

  • 摘要: 本文报导了6-40号元素对能量为20keV的X-射线的质量吸收和质量相干散射系数之间里二次幂函数关系,并据此提出了X-射线荧光分析新方法-RhKα相干散射平方法.经国家标准物质实测验证该原理是成立的,且比传统的内标法优越.该法已用于地质样品中微量元素的测定.

     

    Abstract: It is discovered that relation of square power function exists between mass attenuation coefficients and mass coherent scattering coefficients of elements of atomic number 6-40 to 20 keV X-ray. Accordingly, a new prinople of square power method of RhKα coherent scattering for quantitative X-ray fluorescence analysis is suggested. This principle has been proved to be correct and superior to traditional scattering technique with geochmical reference GBW as internal standard. This method has ben applied to determine microelements in geochemical samples.
