Application of UNIFAC Model in Determining Thermodynamic Parameter of Cephalosporin by HPLC

  • 摘要: 本文采用高效液相色谱测定了不同流动相配比和不同柱温下头孢唑啉的容量因子,并求得过量ΔH.同时用UNIFAC模型计算热力学参数,二者相差5%左右.

     

    Abstract: The capacity factors of cefazolin were determined by HPLC at different column temperature and under various various phase composion. ΔH was obtained with UNIFAC model and capacity factors. The differs between two methods was 5.35%.
