XPS Investigation of Wear Surface of Boride Layer

  • 摘要: 用XPS研究了渗硼层磨损表面的成分、元素价态及其随深度的变化.结果表明,磨损表面形成B2O3和铁的氧化物;随着深度的增加,B2O3和铁的氧化物含量减少.磨损表面主要表现为氧化磨损的特征.

     

    Abstract: The elemental composition and valence state of the elements and their changes with the variation of depth were investigated by mains of XPS. The result showed that there were B2O3 and iron oxide on the worn surface, and B2O3 and iron oxide contant decreased with the imcreasse in depth. It was revealed that oxidation was a charactedstic wear.
