单柱离子色谱法测定痕量草酸根离子

Study on Trace Oxalate Denomination by Single Column Ion Chromatography

  • 摘要: 本文采用单柱离子色谱系统测定了C2O42-.以1.3mmol/L葡萄糖酸钠/1.3mmol/L硼砂为淋洗液测定C2O42-,常见阴离子Cl-、NO3-、HPO42-、SO42-不干扰测定,C2O42-的检出限为0.57mg/L,相对标准偏差为1.07%,工作曲线的线性范围为0.57-500mg/L.应用本方法测定了加C2O42-的自来水样,C2O42-的回收率为99.52%.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,analysis of trace oxalate by single column ion chromatography is described. 1.3 mmol/L sodium gluconate and 1.3 mmol/L borax were used as the eluent,IC-PAN anion column for the separation and conductivity detector for the detection. The detection limit was 0.57mg/L.The relative standard deviation was 1.07%.The calibration plot was linear in the range of 0.57-500mg/L.his method has been applied to analyze drinking water spiked with C2O42- with 99.52% average recovery.
