Study of the Preparation of Nano ZrO2 Powder by DSC, TGA and XRD Techniques

  • 摘要: 用DSC、TGA和XRD技术研究了在沉淀法制备纳米ZrO2的过程中,残留NH4Cl、pH值、滴加方式、以及结构稳定剂Y2O3的添加量对结晶过程的影响。结果表明,残留NH4Cl使结晶化温度降低,使放热过程变为吸热过程。而pH值、滴加方式和结构稳定剂的添加对结晶过程无明显影响。

     

    Abstract: DSC, TGA and XRD techniques have been used to study the influence of NH4Cl,pH value,titration method and the amount of Y2O3 additive on the crystallization of nano powder.The results prove that the presence of NH4Cl plays a dominant role on the crystallization of nano ZrO2 powder.The other factors have no apparent influence on the crystallization. If there is no residual NH4Cl, the crystalliation which takeS place at 445℃ is an exothermic process,on the contrary the crystallization Which takes place at 376℃ is an endothermic process.
