  • 摘要: 激光烧蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱法已广泛应用于固体物质中无机元素的分析,描述了微LA-ICPMS系统原理,讨论了操作参数的影响和定性及定量分析性能,并举例说明其应用。

     

    Abstract: Laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICPMS)has begun to be widely ed for the analysis of inorgsnic elements in variety of solid materials.The principle of a micro LA-ICPMS was explained.The operation parameters and its performances in qualitative and quantitative analyses were discussed in great detail.Some application examples of this technique were illustratated.
