聚氧乙烯型非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100和Tween-60的毛细管超临界流体色谱分析

Analysis of Polyethoxylated Non-ionic Surfactants Triton X-100 and Tween-60 with Capillary Supercriticai Fluid Chromatography

  • 摘要: 对辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯型非离子表面活性剂Triton X—100和聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯型非离子表面活性剂Tween-60进行了毛细管超临界流体色谱法(CSFC)分析条件的研究,用CSFC连接通用型FID检测器研究了二种表面活性剂的组成和分子量,实验结果表明,Triton X—100中含量最多的低聚物的EO数(聚合的环氧乙烷数目)为9~10,分子量约600,Tween—60的分子量约150,与理论计算值接近。

     

    Abstract: The analysis of polyethoxlated non-ionic surfactants triton X-100 and tween-60 with capillary supercritical fluid chromatography(CSFC) is st studied carefully in this paper. The compositions and the molecular weights of two surfactants are inyestigaied with GSFC and FID detector. The results show that the largest EO number of triton X-100 is 9~10 and the molecular weight is about 600, while the molecullar weight of tween-60 is about 1500. The results obtained is close to that of the theory.
