高效毛细管电泳测定混合氯化稀土中的稀土元素

Determination of Rare Earth Metal Ions of Mixed Rare Earth Chloride with Capillary Ion Electrophoresis

  • 摘要: 研究了在以含有紫外吸收的咪唑为背景电解质和α-羟基异丁酸为络合剂的缓冲液体系中,用毛细管电泳(CE)间接紫外法检测稀土离子的方法,讨论了各操作条件对稀土离子分离的影响.在选定的条件下,14种稀土离子混合物在10min内完成分离,最低检测量可达7.8×10-14mol,并在该体系中采用内标标准曲线法测定了混合氯化稀土样品中La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm的含量,测定结果令人满意.

     

    Abstract: The separation of rare earth metal ions by capillary ion electrophoresis in the presence of imidazole as UV-absorbing background electrolyte and α-hydroxyisobutyric acid as the complexing agent with indirect UV absorbance was investigated. Several experimental condition influenced on separation was atudied. Using 0.02mol/L imidazole containing 8×10-3/L α-hydroxyisobutyric acid(pH3.4) as a carrier electrolytr, the fourteen rare earth metal iorns were separated within 10min under a positive voltage of 10.0kV.The content of La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm in rare earth chloride sample from Gansu Rare Earth Company was determined successfully with this method.
