Determination of Uric Acid in Human Plasma and Urine by Adsorptive Stripping Voltammetry

  • 摘要: 在Britton-Robinson缓冲体系中(pH7.50),研究了尿酸的伏安行为.实验表明,尿酸在悬汞电极上具有吸附行为,并于-0.08V(vsSCE)产生灵敏的峰电流.尿酸浓度在2.0×10-8~1.0×10-5mol/L范围内与吸附峰电流成线性关系,检出限可达1.0×10-8mol/L.该法可用于尿液和血浆中尿酸的测定,回收率为95~105%.

     

    Abstract: The voltammetric behavior of uric acid on hanging mercury electrode has been investigated in Britton-Robinson buffer solution(pH7.50).It has been found that uric acid can produce a sensitive adsorptive current at -0.08V.The adsorptive peak current is linear with uric acid concentration in the range of 2.0×10-8~1.0×10-5 mol/L,and the detection limit is 1.0×10-8 mol/L.The method can be used for determinating uric acid in human urine and plasma.The recovery is 95%~105%.
