Monitoring Analysis of TDI in Air with the Adsorption Concentration/Thermal Desorption/Gas Chromatography

  • 摘要: 用Tenax/吸附浓缩/气相色谱法分析大气中的TDI,得到了一个Tenax适宜的吸附流量(0.5L/min)和热脱附温度(280℃);每克Tenax吸附TDI的最小量为0.41g;每克Tenax吸附TDI的最大量为474g,方法的标准偏差为0.383%;变异系数为3.01%;回收率为98.2%.

     

    Abstract: TDI in the air workshop has been analyzed with the Tenax/Adsorption Concentration/Thermal Desorption/Gas Chromatography.The suitable adsorption flow of tenax is 0.5L/min and the appropriate thermal desorption temperature is 280℃。The minimum adsorption capacity of tenax is 0.41mg TDI/g tenax and the maximum is 474g TDI/g tenax.The relative standard deriation of the method is 0.38%;The coefficient of variation is 3.0% and the recovery rate is 98.2%.
