Analysis of Gaseous Components from Plasma Polymerization Containing N and S Monomers in Glow Discharge

  • 摘要: 报导了用GC-MS和IR对含氮,硫单体等离子体聚合过程中气相组分的分析,根据分析结果探讨了该类单体等离子体聚合机理.

     

    Abstract: The analysis of gaseous components obtained from plasma polymerization of monomers containing N and S in glow discharge by means of GC-MS and IR is reported. According to the results of analysis, the reaction mechanism of plamsa polymerization containing N and S monomers in glow discharge was deduced.
