多波长分光光度法测定对乙酰氨基酚合成过程中三组分含量

Simultaneous Determination of Three Components in the Synthetic Process of Acetaminophen by Multi-Wavelength Spectrophotometer

  • 摘要: 探讨了在HCL体系中用双波长等吸收点分光光度法及系数倍率法同时测定对乙酰氨基酚合成过程中对硝基酚、对氧基酚和对乙酰氨酚三组分含量的可行性,对硝基酚的最大吸收为318nm,线性范围为0~30mg/L;对乙酰基酚的测定波长为240nm,参比波长为358nm;对氨基酚的测定波长为240nm、272nm、358nm、361nm.此法已用于对乙酰氨基酚合成过程中三组分含量的分析.方法回收率为92%~106%,相对误差小于±6%.方法快速、准确、可靠,操作方便.

     

    Abstract: In HCl medium, the feasibility of simultaneous determination of p-nitrophenol, p-aminophenol and acetaminophen in the process of synthetic acetaminophen was discussed with equal absorption point and coefficient multiplying power method. The maximum absorption peak of p-nitrophenol is 318 nm; it's linear range is 0~30 mg/L; the measurement wavelength of acetaminophen is 240 nm,it's reference wavelength is 358 nm; themeasurement wavelength of p-aminophenol is 240 nm,272 nm,358 nm and 361 nm. The method has been used in the analysis of three component in the process of synthetic acetaminophen with fast, accurate, trust and simple. It's recovery rate is 92%~106%; it's relative error is ±6%.
