A New Correction Method for Matrix Effect in Mn Base Alloy Analysis by X-Ray Fluorescence Spcetrometry

  • 摘要: 采用谭秉和等人提出的多元素理论影响系数单标样定标的数学校正法及基本参数法对Mn基合金进行了分析,并对新方法进行了检验,结果良好.

     

    Abstract: A good result has obtained using a mew matrix correction method which involved multicomponent theoretical influence coefficient and fundamental paraameter method with one standard sample to analyse Mn base alloy by XRFA.
