Ion Chromatography of Some Reducing Anions Using Their Postcolumn Reactions with Cerium(Ⅳ) and Fluorescence Detection of Cerium(Ⅲ)

  • 摘要: 采用了4价铈柱后反应和3价铈荧光检测的离子色谱法分离维生素C、亚硝酸根、硫代硫酸根、亚硫酸根、草酸根和碘离子6种还原性负离子。同时也给出了使用这种方法的一些最佳条件。

     

    Abstract: An ion chromatographic method using cerium(Ⅳ) postcolumn reaction and cerium(Ⅲ) fluorescence detection was employed to separate the anions of L-ascorbic acid, nitrite, sulfite, oxalate, thiosulfate and iodide in their mixtures. Some conditions for separating and determining above six species have been established. Using a 3×10-3 mol/L carbonate eluent, these anions could by separated completely. The effects of the concentrations of cerium(Ⅳ) and sulfuric acid in the postcolumn reaction solution and the flow rate of the postcolumn reaction solution on the chromatographic peak-height were also tested.
