    Abstract: Finnigan MAT95 gas chromatograph and mass spectrometer(GC/MS) system is of very high resolution, efficiency and versatility. Ion sourceis the heart of the system. The shooting and fixing of the knotty breakdown of heating control system in ion source is described.
