Comparison Between the Wavelength Dispersive(WDS) and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer(EDS)

  • 摘要: 用实验测量数据对波谱分析与能谱分析这两种技术在元素定性与定量分析方面的性能差异进行了比较,说明各自的长处与不足,为材料科学工作者在分析测试中如何选择提供参考.

     

    Abstract: According to the qualitative analysis velocity, detection limit, accuracy of quantitative analysis, and the capability and accuracy for ultra light element analysis, WDS and EDS measurement have been taken for three kinds of super alloy and two sets of borides. The experimental results indicate the strong and weak point for both WDS and EDS, and offer a basis for the material scientists how to choose them for the special purpose.
