高效液相色谱法测定非诺贝特含量

Determination of Fenofibrate by HPLC

  • 摘要: 以甲醇水(95:5,V/V)为流动相,用ODS柱以高效液相色谱法测定非诺贝特含量.紫外检测波长为286nm.非诺贝特在浓度为0.04~0.20g/L间线性关系良好(r=0.9999).重复进样RSD=0.14%(n=6).最低检出浓度为0.10mg/L,平均回收率为99.66%(n=3).

     

    Abstract: A HPLC method was established for determination of fenofibrate. The mobile phase was methanol water(95:5, V/V). The UV detector wavelength was set at 286 nm. A good liner correlation was found between the peak areas and the concentrations in the range of 0.04~0.20 g/L of fenofibrate (r=0.999 9). The detection limit was 0.10 mg/L. The average recovery was 99.66%(n=3).
