磷钼杂多酸-罗丹明B荧光体系研究及分析应用

Study on the Spectorofluorimetric System of PMO Hetoropoly Acid and Rhodamine B and Its Application

  • 摘要: 在0.08mol/L H2SO4介质中,PO43-、MoO42-与罗丹明B形成三元磷钼杂多酸·罗丹明B荧光缔合物,其λexem为325nm/650nm,磷浓度在0.3~30μg/l范围内与荧光强度呈良好线性关系.实验结果表明,本法具有灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简便等特点;用于水、铜合金、茶叶试样中磷的测定,结果令人满意.

     

    Abstract: A new spectrofluorometric method for the determination of 0.3~30 μg/L P has been described. It is based on that PO43-, MoO42- and rhodamine B form a fluoresence ternary association complex in the medium of 0.08 mol/L H2SO4. The λex and λem are 325 nm and 650 nm respectively. The results show that this method has high sensitivity, good selectivity and easy to operate. It has been applied to analysis of phosphorus in water, copper alloy and tea samples, with satisfactory results.
