摘要

摘要: 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定邻苯二酚纯度,以C₁₈为固定相,甲醇:0.2%乙酸=50:50(V/V)为流动相,检测波长为277nm.回收率为94.6%～101.8%,标准偏差为0.19～0.24(n=8).

Abstract: A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was used to detect catechol purity. A Kromasil C₁₈ column was used and mobile phase was methanol:0.2% acetic acid=50:50 (V/V). The wavelength 277 nm Was selected. The recoveries were 94.6%～101.8% and the standard deviations were 0.19～0.24.
