Dertermination of the Residual Amount of Daminozide in Peanut and Relative Products

  • 摘要: 提出了一种新的简单易行且相当便捷的方法,对样品的提取和衍生化反应的各种影响因素、色谱分离和测定的最佳条件进行了研究.方法的准确度和精密度指标均符合残留量分析方法的要求,对同一试样进行多次平行独立测定时其标准偏差不大于0.4%,变异系数不大于5.25%,最低检测限为0.02mg/kg,该方法适用于油籽、花生、苹果等及其制品中丁酰肼残留量的测定,可作为相关实验室的例行分析方法.

     

    Abstract: A fast and precise method for analyzing the residual amount of daminozide in peanut and relative products was reported. The improvement of derivative condition results in higher velocity of the derivative reaction and higher yield of product, or better recovery and precision. It leads in lower detection limitation.
