The Alternation of the Data Processing System Used by Shimadzu's ICPS-1000 Ⅱ Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrometer

  • 摘要: 分析了日本岛津ICPS-1000Ⅱ型等离子光谱仪的主机结构和与之配套的三菱(Mitsubishi)专用数据处理计算机的硬件配置及软件结构.介绍一种用PC系列计算机增加IEEE488通信接口卡代替原有计算机完成数据通信和数据处理的方案,详细阐述了系统工作原理、软件结构和最终达到的结果.

     

    Abstract: The hardware and software configuration of host computer and data processing computer used by Shimadzu's ICPS-1000Ⅱplasma spectrometer is analyzed. The scheme how to complete the data communication and data processing by adding a IEEE 488 card in the personal computer is introduced. The old special computer by a personal computer was replaced. The working principle, software structure and the using result of this system are expatiated in detail. The advantages useing this method to alter the instrument of this type are follows: it's simple and doable, the investment and risk are small, but there is a great benefit, a great deal of functions are enlarged in the old equipment.
