A New Fluorimetric Method for the Determination of Ascorbic Acid with Fluorescein and Iodine

  • 摘要: 研究出了一种简易而灵敏的应用荧光素作为荧光剂测定抗坏血酸的新方法.方法是在pH为7.20条件下抗坏血酸抑制荧光素与碘的反应,测定的线性范围为50~300ng/mL,检测限为21.5 ng/mL,用于饮料和药品中抗坏血酸的测定,取得满意的结果.

     

    Abstract: A simple and sensitive fluorimetric determination method has been investigated for the determination of ascorbic acid with flourescein as fluorescence reagent. This mothod is based on the inhibiting effect of ascorbic acid on the reaction between flourescein and iodine at pH 7.2. The calibration graph is linear over the range 50~300 ng/mL ascorbic acid. The detection limit is 21.5 ng/mL. The proposed method has been used to determine ascorbic acid in pharmaceuticals and soft drinks with satisfactory results.
