Determination of Arsenic in Sorbitol Solution by Microwave Digestion-Atomic Flurorescence Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 应用微波消解技术和原子荧光光谱仪以氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定了山梨糖醇液中砷的研究.对微波消解条件以及氢化物发生条件进行了探讨.在选定的最佳条件下方法的检出限为0.22 ng/mL,线性范围为0~80 ng/mL.10次测定的相对标准偏差为0.9%~2.16%,回收率为9.8%~102.2%.该结果与国标推荐的湿法消解分析结果相对照,无显著性差异.

     

    Abstract: A method for determination the content of arsenic in sorbitol solution by the technology of microwave digestion and hydride generation—atomic fluorescence spectrometry was studied. The optimum analytical conditions in microwave digestion and hydride generation were examined. Under these conditions,the determination limit was 0.22 ng/mL with the linear range of 0~80 ng/mL. The relative standard deviation of 10 determination was 1.64%~2.16%, and the recovery rate was 94.8%~102.2%. The results have no marked difference compared with national standard wet decomposition.
