Determination of Linoleic Acid in Grain by Underivatized High Performance Liguid Chromatography

  • 摘要: 建立了未衍生高效液相色谱法测定谷物中亚油酸(LA)的方法.采用C8反相柱,以乙腈:四氢呋喃:水(含0.4%HAC)=62:3:35为流动相,示差折光检测器检测,测定了同一批谷物中LA含量为3.16%,标准偏差0.13,变异系数4.13%,回收率为93.92%~96.22%.方法快速、重现性及准确度均令人满意.

     

    Abstract: An underivatized HPLC determination method for the Linoleic acid (LA) from grain was reported. The sample was analyzed in a C8 reversed phase column with the mobile phase acetonitrile+tetrahydrofuran+water (0.4% acetic acid) in ration (62:3:35) using refractive index detector. LA of a batch grain was determined. The content, standard derivation, variation coefficient were 3.16%, 0.13% and 4.13%, respectively. The reovrery reached 93.9%~96.22%.
