A New Method for TEM Observation of TiO2 nano-tube

  • 摘要: 用透射电镜观察纳米量级的样品,通常要承载在具有支持膜的铜网上观察.在铜网上制膜虽然有多种方法,但都需要有一定的过程.经过实践,我们采取无支持膜法用铜网直接捞取TiO2纳米管样品,在透射电镜下观察获得了比较满意的结果

     

    Abstract: The copper net with support film is usually used for observation of nano-materials by transmission electron microscope (TEM). However the methods to prepare specimen on the copper net take much time and to be expensive. A new method without film on the copper net was developed. TiO2 nano-tube specimen was mounted on the copper net in the case of filmless and successfully observed under TEM. The result was sufficient satisfactory.
