Determination of Mannite in Taibai Ginseng by Gas Chromatography

  • 摘要: 介绍了应用气相色谱法氢火焰离子化检测器检测太白洋参中甘露醇的方法.采用OV-225填充柱分离.该法平均回收率为90.66%.检出限为0.1mg/kg

     

    Abstract: A method of determination of mannite in taibai ginseng by gas chromatography is introduced. The methanol extractive of mannite in taibai ginseng is separated in a OV-225 packed column and detected with flame ionic detector (FID). The result showed that the recovery of the method was 90.66% and the detection limit was 0.1 mg/L.
