Spectrophotometric Determination of Chlodiazepoxide Using 2, 4-Dinitrophenol

  • 摘要: 在水溶液中,氯氮卓与2,4-二硝基酚发生荷移反应,生成稳定的1:1的配合物.最大吸收波长为444nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=1.48×103L/(mol·cm),线性范围3~96μg/mL,回收率为99.95%~99.97%,相对标准偏差为0.55%.

     

    Abstract: A new spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of chlodiazepoxide. It is based on a reaction of charge transfer with dinitrophenol in borax buffer solution. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.48×103 L/(mol·cm). The calibration curves are linear in the concentration range of 3~96 μg/mL. The composition of complex of chlodiazepoxide with dinitrophenol is 1:1. This proposed method was found to be simple, quick and accurate for the determination of chlodiazepoxide in tablets.
