A New Chemiluminescence System for Determination of Copper

  • 摘要: 研究了水杨酸(R)与Cu(Ⅱ)配合物(CuR22-)催化H2O2氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光反应,最低检出限为6.6×10-11g/mL,工作曲线线性范围为1×10-10~1×10-7g/mL,在检测0.1μgCu(Ⅱ)的浓度时的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.7%.铜配合物化学发光法检测病毒灵片剂(盐酸吗林胍片)中微量铜时快速地得到准确的结果.

     

    Abstract: A new complex cheminescence, i.e. Luminol H2O2 catalyzed by CuR22- complex was reported. The linear range for the determination of Cu(Ⅱ) is 1×10-10~1×10-7g/mL. The detection limit is 6.6×10-11 g/mL. The relative standard deviation (n=5) for an analytical concentration of 4×10-8 g/mL is 2.7%. The tolerable capacity of interserence ion is relatively large.The precision, accuracy and selectivity of the method are very good.The mothod has been used to determine trace copper with satisactory results.
