  • 摘要: 旧的GC-IR-MS单体碳同位素比值色谱质谱仪离子源高压放电故障频频发生,以致仪器不能正常工作.通过对仪器离子源各器件用擦拭,浸泡,超声波清洗,高温烘烤等多种方法使高压放电故障得到彻底排除.

     

    Abstract: The old GC-IR-MS didn't operate continuously because its fault of ion source high voltage discharge took place frequently. In that time, the fault of high voltage discharge could be eliminated triumphantly by many cleanning techiques for ion source, such as wipping, mainating, super sonic and high temperature firing et al..
