Kinetics of Crystallization of PP/nanomontmorillonite Composites

  • 摘要: 采用热分析方法,研究了聚丙烯/纳米蒙脱土复合材料(PP/CLAY)的等温和非等温结晶行为,并分别用Avrami方程和赵志英方法对所得数据进行了分析.研究结果表明,纳米蒙脱土微粒对聚丙烯等温和非等温结晶行为均有不同程度的影响,可提高聚丙烯的结晶速率并改善结晶结构.

     

    Abstract: The kinetics of isothermal and non isothermal crystallization of Polypropylene (PP) and PP/nanomontmorillonite composites is investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and the data have been analyzed with Avrami equation and ZHAO Zhi ying method respectively. It is shown that the montmorillonite nanoparticles can change the isothermal and non isothermal crystallization behavior of PP, enhance the crystallization rate and improve the crystal structure.
