Determination of Silica, Iron, Calcium, Titanium, Vanadium and Zinc Content in Aluminium Oxide by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 采用高压盐酸消化,电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定氧化铝中硅、铁、钙、钛、钒和锌等6元素,研究了铝基体对被测元素的影响,并选择了最佳工作条件.被测元素的检出限为0.4~52 ng/mL,样品加标回收率为95.7%~108.6%.

     

    Abstract: Direct determination of silica, iron, calcium, titanium, vanadium and zinc content in aluminium oxide by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was described. The interference of aluminum matrix for tested elements and optimum conditions were studied. The detection limits for various elements were in the range of 0.34~52 ng/mL with recovery of 95.7%~108.6% and RSD of less than 2.7%.
