Determination of Ethanol in Drink by Gas Chromatography

  • 摘要: 采用样品用注射器吸取后直接经C18柱后进样,用气相色谱法测定.该方法适合多种饮料中的乙醇测定,平均回收率为98.6%,检出限为7.7 mg/L.

     

    Abstract: A method of determination of ethanol in drink by gas chromatography is introduced. The result showed that the recovery of the method was 98.6% and the detection limit was 7.7 mg/L.
