镇咳宁糖浆质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Level of Zhenkening Syrup

  • 摘要: 用RP-HPLC测定了镇咳宁糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱的含量.色谱条件:ShimadzuODS柱(5μm,id4.6×250mm),流动相为乙腈/醋酸铵缓冲液(pH4.5)(25/75,v/v),流速1mL/min,检测波长257nm,平均回收率98.96%,RSD0.35%(n=9),最小检测限0.4μg.

     

    Abstract: A RP HPLC method was developed for Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Zhenkening Syrup. Chromatographic column,Shimadzu ODS (5 μm,id 4.6×250 mm). Mobile phase, acetonitrile/ammonium acetute buffer solution (25/75, v/v). Detection wavelength, 257 nm. The linear correlation was good in the range of 0.4~3.0 μg of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Zhenkening Syrup (r=0.999 7). The average recovery was 98.96%(n=9) and RSD was 0.35%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
