  • 摘要: 通过一系列实验发现:在X荧光光谱分析中,在一定的准确度要求下,调整α系数可以消除因仪器性能变化所带来的影响.该方法简单、快速.

     

    Abstract: Through series of experiment and practice we find: in X Ray fluorescence analysis, the adjustment of alpha coefficients can climinate the effect to which the instrument capability transformation brings while certain of accuracy is needed. This method is simple and rapid.
