Analysis of Flavonoids in Natural Products with HPLC

  • 摘要: 引用了自1997年以来的45篇文献,综述了黄酮类化合物的高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析方法.着重介绍了黄酮、黄酮醇和双氢黄酮等的定性和定量分析,同时简要介绍了指纹图谱及药代动力学研究.为黄酮类化合物今后在分离分析、质量控制和药理药效研究等方面的深入研究提供理论依据.

     

    Abstract: Flavonoids are widely distributed in the plant kingdom and over 4 000 different flavonoids have been identified. Most of these compounds are strong anti-oxidants that can be found in vegetables, fruits, wine, tea, and so on, so flavonoids play a most important role in human health. In order to separate and determine the flavonoids in many plants more convenient, the review with 43 references was presented to introduce the analytical methods of quantity and quality of natural product flavonoids, including flavone, flavonol and flavanone and other type with HPLC. Meantime fingerprints and pharmacokinetic were also brief introduced.
