Determination of Fifteen Trace Elements in Human Urine by Microwave Digestion Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 采用微波消化-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定尿样中的15种金属元素,方法回收率81%~107%,相对标准偏差为1.14%~6.71%,方法具有快速、简便、灵敏、准确的优点,对探索微量元素与健康的关系具有十分重要的意义.

     

    Abstract: A method for the determination of fifteen trace elements in human urine by microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry is reported. The detection limits of the method are suitable to determine human urine samples. The recoveries were from 81% to 107%. The relative standard deviations were from 1.14% to 6.71%. The method is rapid, simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used to evaluate the relationship between trace elements and health problems.
